This Lavazza Blue 2210 is an incredible machine. It makes an excellent espresso, delicious cappuccino, and just plain great coffee. We have used ours for a little over 2 years. In that time we haven't had a single issue and each cup has been as good as the last. We descale every 2-3 months and back flush weekly. I believe this helps but the machine just seems to be bulletproof. It looks great as well.If there was a downside, it would be that, for the most part and a few exceptions, the coffee pods are only available in 100 count packs. This really doesn't apply to us as we go through at least 10 cups a day so a 100 pack really isn't that many. You can however find 16 count and 32 count sample packs if you look hard enough (why not on Amazon I have no idea). The cost per cup when purchasing a 100 pack here on Amazon is about the same as a 100 pack of Keurig K-cups. The taste and quality of the brew however, blows away everything Keurig has to offer. Not to mention Nespresso, Tassimo, and several others we have tried (current own a Nespresso and Keurig system).One final thought... I have compared this to a manual unit at my office that had a retail price in the $4000 range. I was able, with much more work mind you, to turn out a better cup compared to the Lavazza, but not by much. The Lavazza is so close to a perfect cup served by a skilled barista that it is a no brainer when you consider the fact that it is fully automatic. If you're one of those that like to measure and tamp and clean and back flush, etc, then this isn't for you. If you want a GREAT cup in a hurry with virtually no effort; if you want an intelligent machine that pretty much takes care of itself, buy the Lavazza 2210.

We have been using for months and love it. Cap of choice has been Dolce 100% Arabica espresso. I do not think I will ever go back to another brand.
