It's awesome.... but not all of it.

First, this water cooler rocks. I love that it loads from the bottom, and has the integrated coffee maker. Which, by the way, makes awesome coffee.The bad things we've noticed so far:1. The coffee carafe leaks out the side. Primo isn't prepared yet to replace just some parts of this cooler so if we want to get a new carafe, we have to return the entire water cooler. Not good or convenient.2. The water bottle wasn't empty yet when it stopped pumping water into the tanks. Once I replaced the bottle, even though there is a good 2 inches of water left in the old bottle, it worked just fine. So, I am not sure what the problem was, but now I have a bottle with 2 inches of water in it and no way other than pouring it out to get to it. I hate to have to do that, but I don't want to waste it either. So, the pump doesn't reach low enough for my preference. Nor did it get low enough to trigger the "empty bottle" alert button.Aside from those two things (which cost it a star each) I love it. I'll update the review if Primo can send a new carafe or even coffee module and if they can fix the pump issue.I may return the entire thing anyhow just to see if another one will pump better.
